PVITM – IRIS Timesheet & Mileage Manager is a private desktop application used to generate, organize, print, and send IRIS timesheet and mileage documents.
Google Account Access
PVITM may request permission to send email through the user’s Gmail account. This access is used only to send timesheet and mileage documents that the user chooses to send through the application.
PVITM's optional receipt-monitoring feature uses separate read-only Gmail authorization to search for and read relevant sent timesheet submissions and incoming iLIFE acknowledgment messages. This access is used to verify submission and receipt status. The feature does not modify or delete Gmail messages and is not intended to access unrelated correspondence or contacts.
Data Storage
PVITM stores its operational files and generated documents locally on the user’s computer. Google OAuth authorization information may also be stored locally so the application can remain connected to Gmail. PVITM does not operate a separate server that stores Gmail message content.
Data Sharing and Advertising
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties for unrelated purposes. Google user data is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Google API Limited Use
PVITM’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking Access
Users may revoke PVITM’s access to their Google Account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy will be updated if PVITM changes how it accesses, uses, stores, or shares Google user data.
